Umm, have you tried PinguyOS 10.04 LTS the point3 release? Its not 11.10, but its still supported, I think, but it might be a good enough stop-gap till some one comes up with what you need

Hi Cwhite!! Um, I THINK Pinguy posted a message on one of the threads about 10.04 LTS, but you could do worse than check out Pinguy on Sourceforge and see if they got the ISO.
If you find it, download via torrent,if possible, ( 'cause that is the best option) of not, then direct. Use Unetbootin to convert into a 'Live' boot-able Distro. You know how to do the rest
