According to this link, http://xubuntu.org/news/precisealpha2/, is separate from Voyager.
The download link for this particular Alpha is also named "Precise" upon clicking the said download link.
Though if I were to hazard a guess or make an inference, it appears to be a part of the "theme" for the aforementioned operating system, Beta or not.
However, after telling inference to take a hike, this link http://linux.softpedia.com/get/System/Op...8632.shtml tells me exactly where I can stick my inference.
Not to mention, I did notice the video of the OS itself had text that was in French upon the OS's interfaces.
A convincing argument that clearly it is a Distro. based upon Xubuntu.

I personally haven't been able to find a link for the 12.04 Voyager. The only links that I've found relate to the 11.04 version. Perhaps I've looked in the wrong place. (I do have the previous version running as a vm).

I don't think it is a available yet. I downloaded and installed voyager 11.10 in a vm and it was pretty cool.
